YES, Your Company or Organization Can Participate!
There are three partnership packages available for your company to reach our institutes registrants. Please consider this an opportunity to build brand awareness of your products and support this important educational event.
Partnership Deadline is August 15, 2010.
The following are the currently partnership opportunities:
GOLD PARTNERS -
$3,000 and includes the following benefits and amenities:
- Full-page ad in program
- Recognition in all pre- and post-press releases
- On-stage presentation of the “Golden Partner Award” during Opening Remarks
- Recognition during Opening and Closing Keynote Sessions
- Company Logo (or information) projected on display
- Screens in Grand Ballroom during breakfast and lunch both days
- Company Logo (or information) on rolling screens throughout hotel and conference area both days
- eMail and Postal mail Mailing list of all Institute attendees
- Includes four institute registrations/attendees total
- Breakfast and lunch provided for Gold Partners both days (four people maximum)
- Opportunities for two product demonstrations and/or education sessions—one session on Thursday and one session on Friday
- Promotional item inserted into 800 giveaway bags for all institute bags
- Two days of exhibiting to more than 700+ educators
- Two eight foot tables including skirting and electricity;

SILVER PARTNERS -
$1,500 and includes the following benefits and amenities:
- Quarter page ad in program
- Recognition during Opening and Closing Keynote Sessions
- Postal mailing list of all institute attendees
- Two days of exhibiting to more than 700+ educators
- Two spaces with two 6-foot tables, skirting and electricity
- Opportunity for one product demonstration and/or education session on Thursday or Friday
- Promotional Item inserted into 800 giveaway bags for all institute bags
- Name and company information listed in program (in addition to ad space)
- Breakfast and lunch provide for Silver Partners both days (two people maximum)
- Includes two institute registrations/attendees total
BRONZE PARTNERS -
$750 and includes the following benefits and amenities:
- One day of exhibiting to more than 700+ educators
- One space with 6-foot table, skirting and electricity
