Your Mission: C.H.A.N.G.E. the World!

Commit to Joy.
Humor Yourself.
Adjust your Focus.
Neutralize Stress.
Get Physical. Encourage.

Perception is reality. What we believe to be true is the basis of our personal reality and the key to how we experience the world around us. Our sense of reality is not so much what happens to us, it’s how we choose to respond to it. We can make responseible choices that alter our perceptions. The key is to make C.H.A.N.G.E. a part of our personal mission. When we change our perceptions, we change our world.

To experience more joy in our work and relationships, we need to make a commitment to finding it. It’s not telling jokes. It’s taking yourself lightly while taking your responsibilities seriously. We tend to get what we focus on. If you don’t like the results you’re getting, check your focus. Unchecked stress is a destroyer. It leads to burnout, the end of all effectiveness. The emotional/physical relationship is a “cybernetic” or loop relationship. What we experience emotionally affects us physically, and what we change physically can help us emotionally. When we commit to joy, use healthy humor, adjust our focus and communicate that to others, we become an instrument for positive change.
